闲聊用Venmo及Zelle付款及骗局
我们现在常用Venmo和Zelle进行收付款，象房客付我们租金几乎都是用Zelle及Venmo付，我们付给维修工及熟人也多用Zelle及Venmo, 两种电子付款方便快捷，省时省力，还便于查询。
Venmo始于2009年，为Paypal拥有，原用于个人间的转账，象朋友和亲戚间分摊餐费等。用Venmo连接你的银行及现金卡，转账不是即时的话没有费用。现在Venmo也用于给小商家的支付，但没有注意的话，个人及商家付款间很容易出错。上个月我们的一房客用Venmo付给我们房租$2600，但我们账上却只有$2550.5，缺了$49.5，我们立刻通知房客，要求补$49.5。经查，原来Venmo或房客把这笔付款当做给商家的支付，Venmo收了1.9% 的手续费及$0.1的交易费。最后经房客要求，这个$49.5的费用Venmo退给了我们。
Venmo可以说是银行间的middleman, 但Zelle却是银行间的直接交易。我们更喜欢用Zelle收房租，且我们绝大部分房客也确实用Zelle付房租。Zelle及前身是20多家美国大银行成立于2011的电子支付，是银行之间的即时转账，数秒及一两分钟内完成，它是真正的零费用，但每天付款的上限是$2500 (Chase是$2000)。因Zelle是及时付款，覆水难收，一旦付出就回不来了，银行也不负责赔偿。有个房客曾经用Zelle错误地付给了我们一笔钱，还好是付给了我们，可以当做他的下个月房租。
由于Venmo及Zelle好用及用户多，这两种付款方式早已被骗子盯上了。 经常有人盗用别人的信用卡，用Venmo转给你钱，然后告诉你，搞错了，让你把钱退回去，付你的钱没有clear，但你却从银行把钱付了骗子，你付的钱是没有办法追回来的，Venmo或Zelle是没有scam赔偿的。BBB说，他们每天会收到1千个以上这样受害者的申诉。
另一个最近常见的骗局是用Zelle进行。你收到一个短信或email, 问你是否用Zelle给人付钱，Yes 或No, 你点了No, 马上你就接到一个显示是你银行的电话，打电话人说是某某银行的，问你是不是用了Zelle汇款，你说没有。打电话的说，你可以通过自己给自己汇款将这笔汇款逆转(reverse)，你只要按他的指示将你的电话改成他给你的PIN就行。结果你进到你的Zelle里，没有逆转任何汇款，却通过PIN将一笔钱汇给了骗子。被骗过的人都觉得自己很幼稚，那么容易上当。但骗子就是利用人们的善良和弱点在一念之间产生的失误才累累成功。

I wear size 8 shoe -orderd size 8 -normal width .I m 5'7" -130 lbs . They fit perfect . Little snug at first as are all new shoes . Hope this helps with concerning ordering a size larger issue .

One thing about Nike is their sizes are always really close. Very comfortable shoes. Bought a cheapy pair of shoes in between last Nikes and latest Nikes and it is true that you get what you pay for at least when dealing with Nike.

I’m actually very surprised by these shoes!! I would definitely buy again, however they are a tad bit thin. I’ve worn thick socks with them and that helps. Also, they’re a half size too big, but I knew that when ordering since they don’t offer single sizes (I’m a 6 and they only had a 6 1/2) overall, I would recommend! Shipping took forever but the seller was truthfully amazing with communication regarding my concerns. I would highly recommend this seller because from ordering to the product it’s a 10/10 😊
